Help put the Foundation program into practice.
The Founding Pilot is the Academy's first program evaluation cohort. Its purpose is to examine how the Foundation curriculum, focused practice, feedback and reflection work together in use.
What the curriculum includes
The Foundation curriculum contains eight modules, 24 lessons and 46 exercises. It addresses participation, meaningful choices, fair decisions, preparation, adaptation, communication, continuity and session flow.
The learning cycle connects concepts and fictional cases with practical work and reflection. The pilot evaluates the experience as well as the program's development process.
